Phil Sproson Management is a Sports Management Agency specialising in building long term client relationships. Our aim is to provide our players with advice and support to ensure they achieve their maximum potential within their individual long term career paths and life goals.

The agency provides a full range of Client Management services, covering a diverse cross section of quality football players. Our clients range from Premiership players at Full International and U21 levels to League Division 1 and  2. The services we provide include Club Consultancy on behalf of Premiership and Championship clubs.  

We commit ourselves to building long term relationships with our players and clubs, founded on integrity and an in depth knowledge of the professional game within the UK. When needed, we always consult the FA and PFA at the highest levels, to ensure that our clients have the best possible advice that we can provide.
